It does not really look like anything in particular -- the white biot wings are too prominent for a mayfly, the peacock body too flashy for a stonefly. And yet trout eat it with disturbing regularity. The Prince Nymph is proof that sometimes the fish know things we do not, and the best response is to stop asking questions and keep casting.
